コップは小さな安全な空間で生き延びるために「胎児の姿勢」を推奨しています。 小さければ小さいだけ落下物に当たる確率は下がりますから、できるだけ小さくなるというのは良い考えです。 ですが私達が実験で地震の揺れを再現したとき胎児の姿勢をしているとコロコロ転がり回ってしまうことがわかりました。 これはあんまり安全とは私たちには思えません。 ですので正座の姿勢で上半身をかがめるのが良いでしょう、これならコロコロ転がりませんし安全な場所にゆっくりですが移動できます。
